About The Healing Circle Relationship Wellness Center

Up Close & Personal

Are you struggling in your relationship after betrayal and disconnection? Do you find yourself wondering if better days are ahead? If so, you are in the right place! Relationships can be difficult and impact our overall quality of life. It's difficult to have hope and feel fulfilled when we are experiencing disconnection from the people we love the most.

At The Healing Circle Relationship Wellness Center, I specialize in helping couples heal after betrayal and emotional disconnection and rebuild the trust that forms the foundation of lasting connection. Infidelity and disconnection can leave deep emotional wounds—feelings of shock, grief, anger, and confusion are common—but it doesn’t have to be the end of your story. Together, we’ll work toward understanding what led to the breakdown, addressing the pain it caused, and developing tools to reconnect emotionally and rebuild safety in your relationship.

I didn’t become a marriage therapist because I had it all figured out—quite the opposite. I set out to have an amazing marriage, but all my “fix it” attempts only made things worse. Year seven was our turning point—therapy changed everything. What once felt impossible became the foundation for connection, laughter, and genuine partnership.

Now, as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I help couples do the same—transform tension into teamwork and conflict into closeness. I blend compassion with structure, using research-backed methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to help partners rebuild trust, repair emotional wounds, and rediscover intimacy.

I believe healthy relationships aren’t accidental—they’re nurtured. I’m passionate about creating space for couples and families, especially within communities of color, to learn new ways of communicating, connecting, and thriving together.

Whether you’re navigating betrayal, growing pains, or just feeling stuck in the same old loop, I’m here to help you turn the “hard stuff” into healing—and remind you that love can still be good again.
